The Dishwasher supports both the kitchen and dining room teams by ensuring that dishes and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. In general, they contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of all work areas. They may also be called upon to perform other duties to assist the kitchen and dining room teams during busy periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn and become familiar with cleaning products, their uses, ingredients, and safety precautions;

Operate and maintain the dishwasher according to the manufacturer's recommendations;

Sort and store clean dishes in designated areas;

Ensure their workstation is adequately stocked with cleaning supplies;

Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation, storage shelves, carts, and trays;

Perform routine maintenance of equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the food service industry;

Excellent customer service skills;

Strong interest in teamwork and collaboration;

Ability to work under pressure;

Robust organizational skills;

Good communication skills in both French and English.
