The Dispatcher role is a fast-paced, demanding position focused on planning and coordinating the pickups and deliveries for our Nanaimo service area, including surrounding rural routes. We're looking to onboard a dedicated professional to join our team and help us meet or exceed our customers' expectations.

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the nerve center of our operations, ensuring smooth and effective daily flow. Your key duties will include:

- Scheduling to execute all of the terminals pickups and deliveries
- Verify equipment and driver availability including start times.
- Dealing with customers,



drivers, central dispatch, Terminal Manager, etc.
- Dock work
- Other duties may be assigned

The ideal candidate will have the skills and knowledge to hit the ground running in a dynamic environment.
