Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries
- Analyze shipping and receiving schedules to optimize efficiency
- Perform data entry tasks to update shipment information
- Monitor and respond to inquiries via phone systems with professionalism and courtesy

Qualifications

- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Robust phone etiquette skills
- Experience in analyzing data to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- 1-2 Prior experience in a dispatching role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.19-$25.10 per hour
