Key Responsibilities:



• Manage cross-functional improvement initiatives effectively • Apply DMAIC and 5S methodologies to reduce waste • Document and integrate process changes into SOPs • Champion MES reporting systems and SAP transactions • Conduct training on CI tools and best practices

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Operations Management • 5+ years of leadership in operations, preferably automotive • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP • Proven capability in a 24/7 operational context • Strong skills in analytics and communication
