• Coach and motivate Event Coordinators in operational tasks
• Develop and execute effective event strategies
• Conduct research and analysis for event benchmarking

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience
• 3+ years in a supervisory role in events
• Proficient in strategic planning and change management
• Valid Ontario ‘G’ driver’s license required
