Responsibilities

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that support early childhood growth across various domains including language, motor skills, and social-emotional development
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and respect among children
- Observe and assess individual children’s progress, documenting developmental milestones and behavioral patterns
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements, ensuring they receive appropriate care and educational opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to develop tailored strategies that enhance each child's learning experience
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements

- Prior experience working directly with children in educational or caregiving settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and developmentally appropriate practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Robust classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster positive relationships with children and families
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and engage parents or guardians
- Certification or training in caregiving or early childhood education is mandatory
- Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and adaptable in a lively classroom setting
- Must possess Class 5 driver's license
