As part of a growing team, this role demands a minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in fundraising and bilingual communication.

You will cultivate and manage a portfolio of donors while aligning fundraising strategies with organizational goals. Your ability to engage and inspire donors is crucial in making strides towards curing type 1 diabetes. Key Responsibilities:

- Grow a portfolio of major donors through active engagement
- Develop personalized donor strategies aligned with T1D’s goals
- Implement disciplined moves management for donor relationships
- Inspire multi-year commitments through personalized stewardship
- Partner with teams to identify and qualify important prospects Requirements:
- 7+ years in leadership roles in fundraising
- Ability to communicate fluently in French and English
- Experience securing major gifts with proven results
- Robust analytical and strategic skills
- CFRE accreditation is a plus Lead impactful fundraising efforts with Breakthrough T1D and contribute to vital T1D research.
