Our Lady of Victory School is a growing school supporting students with strong teamwork in literacy and numeracy programs. Our diverse school community consists of approximately 130 students from kindergarten to Grade 8.

The suitable candidate will

- demonstrate a philosophy in keeping with Catholic education.
- have completed or be working towards Educational Assistant or equivalent (an asset but not required.)
- demonstrate ability to maintain confidential information.
- have good student rapport, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- be able to work with small groups independently.

Tasks involved

- working one on one with students to support their specific needs
- working with a coordinating teacher and the resource team
- supervision of students during classroom breaks
