Share your knowledge and skills as an educator in the Diagnostic Imaging Technology program at Sheridan. This part-time, in office role involves engaging students in innovative learning experiences. As a member of the Faculty of Applied Health & Community Studies, you will teach courses on MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging technologies.
You are responsible for developing an effective curriculum, evaluating student performance, and providing personalized tutoring. Join a team dedicated to creating a supportive and diverse educational environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Teach lectures and labs in Diagnostic Imaging Technology
- Assess and facilitate student progress and success
- Engage students through diverse teaching methods
- Conduct periodic evaluations and attend faculty meetings
- Perform additional related responsibilities as needed Requirements:
- Valid Medical Radiation Technologist license or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or extensive experience
- At least 5 years of recent clinical practice required
- Previous education and curriculum design experience valued
