Inhabit Education

Who we are:

Inuit-owned company focused on Inuktut language revitalization and culturally-supportive education. We respond to gaps in language support from early childhood to post-secondary and beyond. We work with partners to strengthen Inuktut and cultural knowledge through education, film and television, and book publishing. We are based out of Iqaluit, Nunavut with an office in Toronto.

What we’re looking for:

This is an open call. We are not filling a vacant position, we are building a team. We’re looking for extraordinary minds in education, linguistics, writing, and project management:





- Educators who can adapt and apply what they know about language acquisition and literacy skill development to an Indigenous education context.
- Linguists who can learn the polysynthetic structure of Inuktut.
- Project Managers who strategically, creatively, and proactively move projects from start to finish.
- Writers and editors who capture the spirit of each project.
