ServiceMaster is seeking an Emergency Mitigation Supervisor to join our team in Abbotsford.
You will oversee mitigation technicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and timely project completion. Your solid leadership skills will drive team development and knowledge enhancement within the restoration industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Train Emergency Technicians on job procedures and use of Encircle
- Oversee operation of mitigation equipment like dehumidifiers
- Ensure projects meet company standards and timelines
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
- Conduct quality assurance checks on various projects Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in restoration industry
- Water Restoration Technician Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean record
- Ability to lift industrial equipment up to 100 lbs Utilize your leadership and technical skills to support ServiceMaster’s emergency response in the Fraser Valley.
