You will oversee the Surface and Underground Engineering team, ensuring effective workflow and productivity while supervising and mentoring staff. This role involves coordinating mine planning activities and driving improvements in key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Surface and Underground Engineering team workflows

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering or relevant discipline
- 12 years of mine engineering experience
