We are hiring a

Manager-level strategy consultant

to join the internal consulting team of a leading global mining / heavy industry business.

The role will focus on

operations strategy, operational improvement, transformation and CapEx , working with senior business leaders across global operations. You will lead projects end-to-end, manage client relationships and coach project teams.

Ideal profile

Current Manager or equivalent from

MBB or another top-tier strategy consulting firm

Solid project leadership, problem-solving and senior stakeholder management

Experience in

industrials, mining, resources or other asset-heavy sectors

preferred

Background in

operations strategy, performance improvement, transformation or CapEx

French preferred, but not essential for a strong candidate

Open to relocating to Canada and ideally able to start this year

Around

40 hours per week

Flexibility to travel more or less depending on preference
