In this full time permanent role, you will play a vital part in bridging business analysis and systems analysis during a multi-year ERP initiative. You'll facilitate collaboration among teams, document requirements, conduct testing, and create training materials to ensure seamless adoption. Your insights will influence system modifications aligning with business needs and accelerate the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities:



• Work with leads to identify and document process impacts • Define functional/non-functional requirements and business rules • Translate business specifications into clear technical details • Establish test scenarios and validate functionality effectively • Provide training materials to ensure user preparedness

Requirements: • 3+ years in business/systems analysis, ERP focus preferred • Experience gathering and documenting requirements • Hands-on testing experience and validation skills • Proficient in navigating technical and non-technical discussions • Aptitude for adapting requirements when necessary
