Responsibilities

- Perform skilled skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
- Provide personalized consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable services or products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, listening actively, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist at the front desk by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins, and maintaining a smooth flow of daily operations.
- Promote retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatments that align with clients’ goals.




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas according to health regulations.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare instructions to foster ongoing relationships.

Requirements

- Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state or local regulations.
- Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred; strong technical skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skills in retail sales and upselling techniques to enhance client experience and business growth.
- Ability to manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and client inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
