Student, Transfer Agent Processing (TAP) The incumbent of this role is required to support a team of client-facing professionals who provide service in the language of the clients' choice (French or English). No matter what your undergraduate degree is in, there is an opportunity for you at Fidelity. How you’ll make an impact - Support service distribution queues and transaction processing activities such as Account set up, non-financial requests and account features.

- Partner with the Client Services Project Analyst or departmental SME to implement key initiatives affecting the TAP or TAPS department.
- Identify opportunities to provide value added service to our clients.
- Assist with the documentation of current end to end process flows for the departments. What we’re looking for - Working towards a university degree ideally with a focus on business.
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal) is preferred.
- A keen interest in the financial services industry is an asset.
- Strong customer service focus with effective listening and interpersonal skills.
- You must be currently enrolled in a registered co‑op program to be considered for this position.
- You must also be available on a full‑time basis for the duration of the co‑op term.
- You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.

Pay for Specialized Talent This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $27.00, based on experience and qualifications.
