- Conduct ongoing diagnostics and repairs on specialized equipment
- Interpret work orders and maintain repair histories
- Perform field service calls and source necessary parts
- Participate in toolbox safety meetings regularly
- Lead and mentor shop staff in daily operations Requirements:
- 5+ years in mechanical or fabrication settings
- Journeyman Heavy Equipment Mechanic Certificate required
- Class 5 driver's license with limited demerits
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
