Support LNG operations in Squamish, BC as a Utilities Technician with Woodfibre LNG. Ensure operational readiness and safety through your expertise and effective teamwork.
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will be integral to Woodfibre LNG’s Operations team during the Start-Up and beyond. You will develop procedures, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain plant reliability. Your role supports both operational efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating Operating Procedures and documentation
• Implement the Operations Readiness Assurance plan
• Maintain safety and efficiency in operations
• Oversee plant and equipment reliability issues
• Collaborate in Maintenance Strategy execution
Requirements:
• High School Diploma is a must
• 2-3 years utility operations in industrial settings
• 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate desired
• Previous experience in project phases crucial
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and passport
