This part-time position will evolve into full-time, and we’re seeking a candidate who enjoys helping people and is eager to offer personalized care in both traditional pharmacy and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting patients, gathering prescription information, and ensuring all their needs are met.
- Assist in preparing prescriptions with accuracy and efficiency, following Pharmacy Standards of Practice.
- Perform administrative tasks like third-party billing, managing incoming faxes, answering phones, and handling prescription data entry.




- Learn about and recommend our clean and eco-friendly wellness products to patients looking for natural solutions.
- Occasionally engage in our social media platforms to help share the Opal Wellness Pharmacy story.
- Work closely with the pharmacist, referring all clinical inquiries and assisting in maintaining a smooth pharmacy workflow.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Knowledge of Box Labs software is a strong plus.
- A passion for personalized patient care and a solid understanding of pharmacy services.
- An interest in natural, clean, and eco-friendly wellness products and a willingness to learn about the brands we carry.
- Social media savvy and open to participating in our online presence once in a while.
- Strong attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, helpful, and committed to making patients feel welcome and supported.
- Experience with compounding

Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $20.00 per hour
