Labour Lads is a Surrey-based exterior cleaning company specialising in house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning across the Lower Mainland.

We are currently looking for a reliable subcontract technician to join our team on a flexible basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending job sites independently, completing work to a high standard and representing Labour Lads professionally at all times.

This is a subcontract position with flexible hours. Pay is based on a percentage of each job completed — typically $150-245 per job depending on scope.

Responsibilities:

Travelling to residential job sites across Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby and Delta. Completing exterior cleaning services including house washing, roof cleaning, pressure washing and window cleaning.



Operating equipment safely and effectively. Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Valid BC driver's license — mandatory. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently without supervision. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.

Training provided. All equipment and supplies included. No prior experience necessary.
