Lead facility management as a Night Manager with City Wide, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. Work Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 12:30 AM. In this essential role, you will provide support and supervision to in-house employees and Independent Contractors.

Your responsibilities include conducting inspections, communicating policies, and training employees on cleaning techniques, all to ensure exemplary service to clients. You will act as a liaison between contractors and the Facility Service Manager, reporting on inspections and addressing maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect all buildings on a rotating basis
- Communicate policies to employees and contractors
- Conduct safety training for in-house employees
- Report inspection details to the Facility Service Manager
- Identify and report maintenance issues promptly Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of management experience
- 2-3 years in a related field
