Join our Family Medicine team in rural Lytton and make a difference in community health! Provide vital primary care services aimed at local residents and First Nations communities. We are seeking an independent Family Physician who thrives in a rural workplace and wants to support the vital re-establishment of health services in Lytton.
The clinic sees about 1,800-2,000 visits each year, primarily focusing on CTAS 4-5. For those interested in enhancing their leadership skills, opportunities within the NAVIG8 Emerging Physician Leaders Program will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care tailored to community health needs
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Handle patient visits mainly classified as CTAS 4-5
- Engage in the NAVIG8 leadership development program
- Support efforts to restore community health services Requirements:
- License eligibility with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC
- Mandatory coverage with the Canadian Medical Protective Association
- A passion for rural community health initiatives
- Openness to leadership growth opportunities
