As a Swim Instructor, you'll be directly responsible for the implementation of Seal Swimming's curriculum. Your ability to foster positive relationships with students will be crucial as you guide them through their swimming lessons. This part-time or full-time role emphasizes initiative and effective communication alongside a commitment to maintaining safety at the pool.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients warmly and positively
• Apply tailored teaching strategies for each student
• Maintain pool safety and cleanliness
• Monitor and assess swimmer progress diligently
• Participate in regular safety audits and training
Requirements:
• Certified Swim Teacher Pro or compatible qualification
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
• Bronze Cross certification, working towards NLS
• Empathetic and effective communication skills
• Readiness to support the safety of all swimmers
