Enhance the operational effectiveness of the FCSS as an Executive Assistant. Focus on administrative support while engaging in governance and community-related tasks. As part of the Family & Community Support Services team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and Leadership Team.
Your role encompasses calendar management, correspondence creation, and meeting preparation. You will also facilitate communication with community representatives, ensuring a seamless organizational flow and adherence to confidentiality policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the Director's calendar and scheduling conflicts
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings
- Coordinate logistics for travel and qualified learning
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Compile data for Chief & Council presentations Requirements:
- At least two years experience as an executive assistant
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration preferred
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal skills
