Wabun Tribal
Council is looking for a dedicated Finance Administrator to contribute to its financial operations. Reporting to the Finance Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting Wabun First Nations with their finance departments. Robust knowledge of financial management and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and statements promptly
- Record transactions accurately in financial systems
- Aid the Finance Advisor with financial inquiries
- Generate financial status reports for leadership approval
- Stay updated on various government funding requirements Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant accounting experience or appropriate diploma
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with financial budgeting processes
- Experience with Indigenous organizations preferred
