KeyResponsibilities:

- Providecomprehensivenursingcaretopatientsinaccordancewithestablishedprotocolsandprocedures.
- Collaboratewithhealthcareprofessionalstoassess,plan,implement,andevaluatepatientcareplans.
- Administermedicationsandtreatmentsasprescribed,ensuringpatientsafetyandcomfort.
- Monitoranddocumentpatientprogress,reportinganychangesorconcernstothehealthcareteam.
- Educatepatientsandtheirfamiliesonhealthmanagementanddiseaseprevention.
- Maintainasafeandcleanworkingenvironmentbyadheringtoinfection-controlpoliciesandprotocols.





Requirements/Qualifications:

- CurrentregistrationwiththeCollegeofNursesofOntario.
- Provenexperienceinahospitalorclinicalsettingispreferred.
- Strongclinicalskillswiththeabilitytohandlemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Excellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskillstoeffectivelyinteractwithpatients,families,andteammembers.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyaswellaspartofacollaborativeteam.
- Commitmenttoongoingprofessionaldevelopmentandeducation.
