Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive first aid training courses to diverse groups, ensuring clarity and engagement throughout each session
- Demonstrate proper techniques for CPR, wound care, choking response, and other emergency procedures
- Assess participant understanding through practical exercises and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and certification status
- Stay current with the latest first aid guidelines and certification standards by participating in ongoing professional development
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages questions, participation, and confidence-building




- Collaborate with event organizers or organizations to schedule and coordinate training sessions

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in health or safety-related fields
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex procedures to learners of all backgrounds
- Classroom experience or experience leading group training sessions is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire confidence in participants
- Knowledge of current first aid protocols, CPR standards, and emergency response techniques
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and environments
