In this role, as an Early Childhood Educator, you will be guided by the Director of the Early Learning Program to develop a curriculum reflecting our mission and goals. Building respectful relationships with children and families is vital, as is supervising their growth and learning in diverse settings, including outdoor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop curriculum aligned with organizational vision
• Build trusting relationships with children and families




• Oversee children’s activities both inside and outside the classroom
• Prepare materials and assist in classroom projects
• Collaborate effectively within the team
Requirements:
• Valid BC Early Childhood Education Certificate
• Food Safe Certificate preferred
• Experience in outdoor education is desirable
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Emergency Child Safe/First Aid certification required
