Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them with genuine hospitality.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clear communication with kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal, addressing any concerns promptly, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Clear tables efficiently, reset for new guests,



and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in banquet or à la carte settings.
- Strong background in guest services, customer care, and hospitality to create welcoming atmospheres.
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and proper serving techniques.
- Experience with food preparation or bartending is a plus, demonstrating versatility across service areas.
- Familiarity with hotel or event venue operations can enhance your ability to adapt quickly to different service styles.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a positive attitude are essential for engaging with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail ensures smooth service during busy periods.
