Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, friendly service to guests

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Adapt to different service environments, from daily restaurant service to tournaments, weddings, and special events

- Maintain clean, organized, and well stocked work and service areas

- Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen and fellow servers to ensure smooth service

- Operate Lightspeed POS for order taking and processing of cash, debit, credit, gift card, and member transactions

Skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment





- Solid attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders and processing payments

- Friendly, qualified, and positive attitude

- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods

- Reliable, punctual, and dependable

- Previous food and beverage serving experience is an asset

- Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain it

- Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, tournaments, weddings, and special events
