Lead dining experiences at Yee Hong as a Food Services Supervisor. Ensure nutritious meals and high-quality service for residents while supporting team operations in a recent care center. Yee Hong is opening the Ng Siu Chan Care Centre in early 2027.

This role entails overseeing food production and dining services, guided by our Relationship-Centered Care philosophy. You will monitor residents' dietary needs and collaborate with our Dietitian to create enjoyable dining experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily food production and service efficiency
- Lead and coach Food Services staff for quality performance
- Monitor residents' food intake and dietary preferences
- Supervise kitchen sanitation and food safety standards
- Participate in resident care conferences for quality improvement Requirements:
- 2-year diploma in food services supervision or related field
- Current Food Handler Safety Certificate
- Minimum 1 year in quantity food production
- Ability to communicate in Chinese or Japanese is an asset
