We are seeking a seasoned Fractional CISO / CPO to provide strategic leadership across cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and compliance. This executive advisor will partner with senior leadership to strengthen the organization's security posture, establish privacy governance frameworks, ensure regulatory compliance, and align information protection strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and oversee cybersecurity and privacy strategies, policies, and governance programs.

- Lead risk assessments, security maturity initiatives, and compliance efforts across the organization.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory matters.

- Ensure compliance with applicable privacy regulations and industry frameworks (PIPEDA, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

- Oversee incident response readiness,



third-party risk management, and data protection initiatives.

- Foster a culture of security and privacy awareness through stakeholder engagement and executive reporting.

Key Qualifications

- Proven experience serving as a CISO, CPO, or senior security/privacy executive.

- Deep expertise in cybersecurity, privacy, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

- Robust understanding of enterprise security frameworks, data protection practices, and privacy laws.

- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience operating in a consulting, advisory, or fractional leadership capacity is preferred.
