In this fixed-term contract, you will own high-volume recruitment efforts to fulfill critical hiring needs, while also contributing to HR coordination tasks.
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of hiring in fast-paced environments and the ability to streamline administrative functions. Collaborate with the People & Culture team to promote a seamless transition for new employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee high-volume recruitment for production roles
- Source candidates from various community channels
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support HR initiatives and communications Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment focusing on hourly roles
- Demonstrated high-volume hiring experience
- Robust organizational skills
- Comfort with ATS and metrics dashboards
