Your role will involve processing high-volume invoices and collaborating to enhance financial processes. Ideal candidates will possess advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to manage competing deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices quickly and accurately
- Match invoices to purchase orders and documentation
- Verify GL coding and invoice accuracy
- Create and manage payment batches including EFT and wire transfers
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Requirements:
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
