As a Community Support Worker within DDA’s inclusive program, you will play a pivotal role in empowering adults by implementing individualized goals and supporting recreational and vocational activities in both on-site and community settings. This permanent position requires a collaborative spirit and compassion for enhancing participants’ quality of life.
Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate activities of daily living for participants • Develop and monitor individualized support plans • Lead person-centered recreational activities • Deliver community-based services tailored to diverse needs • Create a welcoming setting for all participants
Requirements: • Degree or Diploma in Social Services or similar • 1-2 years working with developmental disabilities • Experience in client-centered program facilitation • Good driving record with Class 5 Driver's License • Valid First Aid/CPR certification
