Step into the role of Indigenous Family Wellness Support Worker at Newo Yotina Friendship Centre in Regina. Provide critical support for Indigenous women, Two-Spirit, and gender-diverse people facing violence. This full-time position emphasizes culturally protected, trauma-informed support to individuals and families impacted by violence.

You will work to promote healing, effective advocacy, and safety planning while recognizing client choice and dignity. Your skills will help to mitigate the effects of violence in urban Indigenous communities. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver support to clients facing or at risk of violence
- Assist in developing tailored safety plans and responses
- Facilitate educational groups and prevention programs




- Advocate for clients’ needs across systems
- Promote healthy relationships and accountability in the community Requirements:
- Educational background with some post-secondary completion
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of Indigenous community practices and needs
- Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills
