Reporting to the MKO PSS Coordinator, the Post Sentence Support Worker will play a vital role in helping individuals fulfill their sentence conditions. You will serve as a primary support contact, liaising with service providers and building strong community ties while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and case plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance for successful sentence completion
• Support the reintegration into local communities




• Make referrals to necessary health services
• Maintain and report on case tracking systems
• Identify career development opportunities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Social Sciences preferred
• Solid understanding of Criminal Justice concepts
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
