Position The Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who embodies the Moncler Client Promise and represents the Brand's values in every client interaction. Reporting to the Client Advisor Manager or Store Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury experiences by creating a welcoming environment, understanding client needs,



cultivating long-term relationships, and achieving individual and store performance goals.

Your Impact Team Foster a collaborative and inclusive team setting by actively supporting colleagues and contributing to overall store success. Participate in store initiatives, meetings, training sessions, and daily operations while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork. Act as a positive Brand Ambassador by embodying Moncler's values and promoting a culture of excellence.

Client Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards. Build long-term client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clientele management. Utilize bilingual communication skills to confidently support clients while delivering a seamless luxury experience.
