In this permanent role, you will provide crucial support, personal coaching, and crisis assistance to youths and families in need. Your expertise will foster resilience and stability for those affected by crises in Montreal Lake and Little Red.

Key Responsibilities: • Empower youth through coaching and guidance • Intervene in crises to provide immediate support • Refer families to necessary community services • Fulfill role requirements during evenings and weekends • Elevate youth social functioning through tailored support

Requirements: • Relevant education or experience working with families • Preferred BSW/BISW or social services qualification • Knowledge of Saskatchewan child welfare and Indigenous practices • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation • Willingness to submit a CPIC and Vulnerable Sector Check
