The Youth

Counsellor position offers diverse responsibilities through three primary programs aimed at reducing youth criminal behavior. With a minimum of 2 years' experience, you will be instrumental in delivering structured group interventions and collaborating on community initiatives. This is a contract role that features a comprehensive support structure for youth aged 12-20. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement evidence-informed programming for at-risk youth
- Conduct group sessions focused on cognitive and behavioral skills




- Engage with community organizations to foster collaboration
- Provide individual support to youth in crisis
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness Requirements:
- Degree in criminal justice or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience with vulnerable youth
- Strong communication skills in English; French is an asset
- Knowledge of youth and community service systems
