This leadership position will focus on team mentorship, program success, and community collaboration. PCRS is looking for a dedicated Team Lead to enhance the Pathways to Education Program.

You will mentor a team of Youth Outreach Workers, ensuring effective program planning and implementation. Your expertise will help strengthen community ties and meet the psychosocial needs of youth across diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, mentor, and onboard new program staff
- Assess service performance and track contract compliance
- Partner with management on financial and operational matters
- Foster community partnerships for program sustainability
- Collaborate for effective service delivery and referrals Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care or related field
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience serving target youth populations
- Solid background in fiscal management and case management
