Foster positive healthcare client interactions by ensuring accurate order processing and client support. As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will manage client orders for mobility equipment and supplies.

Your role involves acting as a liaison for healthcare agencies, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining thorough documentation for third-party billing. You will have the chance to implement service improvements and validate client information. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and fulfill orders for service and equipment
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Collaborate with funding agencies for proper documentation




- Organize and maintain billing documentation and files
- Assist with audits and file paperwork systematically Requirements:
- Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field
- 3+ years’ experience in administrative and customer service roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with ERP systems and detail-oriented
