In this role, reporting to the Service Manager, your focus will be on executing maintenance plans, diagnosing machine issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Collaborating with third-party vendors, you will lead installations and respond to service calls, all while maintaining exceptional communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance tasks on diverse equipment
• Quickly diagnose and repair issues on-site
• Manage and oversee large installations completely
• Communicate effectively with clients for service updates
• Partner with subcontractors to enhance service quality
Requirements:
• Must have Red Seal Millwright certification
• Hold a clean Class 5 Driver’s License
• Solid orientation toward customer satisfaction
• Proven problem-solving ability in challenging environments
• Experience in forestry, mining, or natural resources appreciated
