Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a senior resource for guest service team members
• Help monitor workloads and coordinate daily activities




• Mentor recent employees for effective service delivery
• Address guest escalations and assist in complex situations
• Promote consistency and efficiency in departmental processes
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education required
• 3 years minimum in a hospitality or guest-focused position
• Proven experience in training or mentoring peers
• Knowledge of CRM or reservations systems
• Ski industry experience is preferred
