We create emotive yet conversion‑focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed, specializing in hyper‑personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.What You’ll DoBuild & launch personalised customer experiences by creating and executing CRM campaignsSupport audience segmentation and targeting efforts in partnership with various internal teamsEnsure seamless execution & launch of CRM campaigns as owner of operational execution, including working cross‑functionally on building, experimentation and deployment of campaignsOwnership of campaign reporting, including collecting and providing insights to inform scaling decisions for testsOwnership of project timeline, including tracking campaign development & keeping relevant stakeholders informedAdopt an innovate‑and‑iterate mindset to support data‑driven hypotheses in creation and iteration of campaigns, including supporting with the designing of A/B tests and ongoing optimisation of campaigns based on learningsCollaborate cross‑functionally and across locations with globally‑dispersed team members and external partners to deliver campaigns and share‑out resultsWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within CRM, marketing automation, lifecycle marketing or customer journey designStrong understanding of customer behaviour, lifecycle thinking, and segmentation modelsCustomer‑centric and hands‑on individual, with demonstrated ability to manage performance against established KPIsHands‑on experience with one or more CRM platforms (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, etc.)A data‑informed,
