POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Experienced Dental Hygienist with a minimum 2-3 yrs experience
- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

LOCATION:

- Coxwell & Danforth

HOURS:

- Fri arrive 8:15-3:15
- Sat arrive 8:30-2
- Mon arrive 8:15-5:15

JOB OVERVIEW:

- Perform cleanings using Cavitron and Handscaling
- Current patient assessment-comprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
- Taking impressions
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients, updating medical history
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
