Learning Consultant – Expert (ZIP Learning Consultant)

Number of Positions: 2

Line of Business: Procurement

Location: Toronto, ON – 81 Bay Street, 14th Floor

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – On-site Wednesdays, Thursdays, and every 4th Friday of the month

Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP / September 28, 2026

Contract Duration: Through December 31, 2026

Overtime: No overtime

About the Role

The Procurement team provides sourcing and contracting services supported by disciplined governance, helping the Bank execute its business priorities while balancing cost, risk, quality, and organizational impact.

The team supports a range of procurement functions, including sourcing, contracting, vendor management, purchasing, and procurement technology platforms.

We are seeking two Learning Consultants – Expert to provide additional support for training and enablement initiatives related to procurement technologies.

The successful candidates will develop and maintain Workday Learning courses, training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, process documentation, instructional videos, and other learning resources that support procurement processes and technology adoption.

You will work closely with Procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate information into engaging learning content, and ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date as systems and processes evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, and process documentation.
- Create and maintain Workday Learning content and courses.
- Produce instructional videos and other digital learning resources to support procurement processes and system adoption.




- Partner with Procurement stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective training and enablement materials.
- Support learning initiatives related to procurement platforms, including ZIP, Coupa, and Archer.
- Review and update existing documentation to reflect system, process, and business changes.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Manage and track content updates using Excel and other tracking tools.
- Analyze and reconcile documentation updates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Work closely with Procurement stakeholders and cross-functional teams on ongoing learning and enablement initiatives.

How You’ll Succeed

- Bring approximately 3–5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, process documentation, or similar learning content.
- Have strong content development and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Have experience creating job aids, instructional video content, and/or Workday Learning courses.
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Be comfortable working with data, reporting, and process metrics to track updates and support operational activities.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a high degree of accountability and adaptability when supporting change initiatives.
- Have post-secondary education in Business Management, Communications,



or a related discipline (preferred).

Must-Have Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience developing training materials, job aids, process documentation, or similar learning content.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Robust content development and documentation skills.
- Experience creating learning resources that support business processes, systems, or technology adoption.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

- Experience with ZIP, Coupa, and/or Archer platforms.
- Procurement experience.
- Experience using Agentic AI tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with Articulate 360 Rise.
- Experience facilitating virtual training sessions.
- Experience creating instructional videos and digital learning content.
- Experience developing and maintaining Workday Learning courses.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of two rounds, with interviews conducted by the Hiring Manager and another manager from the team.

- Duration: Approximately 30 minutes per interview
- Format: Primarily Microsoft Teams, with the possibility of an in-person interview depending on scheduling.

Contract Information

This is a contract opportunity through December 31, 2026. At this time, an extension is not anticipated, and conversion to a permanent position is not anticipated.
