Our Client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to support the ongoing development of the Ontario Agricultural Soil Information System (OASIS).

The solution includes a core web application built using Java and Microsoft Azure technologies, along with a field data application leveraging ESRI GIS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deliver enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Angular, HTML5, and RESTful APIs
- Develop scalable Java-based backend services and integrations within Microsoft Azure
- Design and implement integrations with ESRI ArcGIS Portal, Survey123, and geospatial services
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical designs and production-ready solutions
- Develop programming specifications, application components, configurations, and customizations
- Build and manage application releases and deployment pipelines
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps Repos and Pipelines
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and quality assurance activities
- Work collaboratively within an Agile delivery environment
- Ensure applications meet security, privacy, accessibility, and government technology standards
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, analysts, and project teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on full-stack Java application development experience
- 1+ year of experience developing and implementing Java solutions for soil management systems
