Job Title: Global Advisory Intern
Location: Virtual
Duration: Winter 2027 - 4 or 8 Months (January 2027 - April 2027 OR August 2027)
Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 - 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

The Dayforce Global Advisory team is seeking a motivated intern to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Global Advisory Program & Innovations Manager, gaining exposure to project management, data and analytics, reporting, operations, process improvement, and change management. This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while building skills that will accelerate your career.
What you’ll get to do: Support day-to-day team operations, including reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance.
Assist in managing key aspects of projects, ensuring tasks are on track and well-documented.
Analyze data and transform insights into clear, decision-ready presentations.
Prepare reports, presentations,
and materials for leadership and stakeholders.
Contribute to the planning and execution of meetings, events, and workshops.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Advisory and the broader Dayforce ecosystem.
Help document and refine processes, tools, and guidelines to drive efficiency.
Gain first-hand experience with SaaS sales processes and knowledge management systems.
Contribute to improving team knowledge-sharing practices.
Take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.
Skills and experience we value: Currently pursuing a university degree in business, project management, or a related field.
Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive and self-starting mindset.
Robust organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team setting.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
Creative and resourceful, with a willingness to take initiative. What would really make you stand out:
Experience or exposure to any of the following is an asset, but is not required: Familiarity with project planning concepts or tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or a strong interest in learning these tools.
Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, or dashboard development.
Interest in process automation or streamlining workflows.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
