This role will ensure that all REMAN product is reliable, consistently built to the highest quality standards, and meets our customer’s life-cycle expectations.Pay TypeFull Time, PermanentCompensation$69,520.00 to $86,901.00The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.Key AccountabilitiesParticipate in safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behavior’s at all times, in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policies, Programs, and initiativesMaintain, Own & Improve Procedures & Compliance, ensure tooling calibration program is adhered to (Managing process documentation, measuring KPIs…)Create and maintain process maps, procedures, technical specificationsSchedule shop maintenance - provide guidance to shop employees and coordinating outside contractors. Ensure shop equipment is maintained & determine whether replacement vs. repair is necessaryWarranty claim investigation – Working with branches & customers to investigate warranty claims, ensuring failed parts and information are received, Applied Failure Analysis is performed and preventative actions implemented.Create Quality Bulletins and provide in person feedback to employees on quality issuesContinuous Improvement projects – Continually improve quality, process and facilities using various CI projects; Research & selectspecialty tooling for various applications to improve safety, accuracy and turn-around timeContamination Control – Ensure facility waste is in compliance with local requirements, perform monthly Contamination Control auditsMetric & Data Analysis – Collect data for quality and process metrics, analyze warranty and REDO data to identify opportunities to change process, parts reuse,
